ALL INCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP
SoCal Testosterone Clinic provides an all-inclusive membership for testosterone replacement therapy. This membership includes but is not limited to the following:
· Initial consultation - FREE
· Clinic visits for management and maintenance of TRT
· Lab visits for monitoring of important blood test levels
· Individually tailored testosterone treatment therapy according to each patient’s needs and levels
We also provide the option for in-clinic injections or home injections. Patients who opt to choose home injections will be provided medications, supplies and education on how to safely provide this medication from the comfort of their own home. By providing an all-inclusive membership, we take the stress and anxiety off the patient and allow them to focus on their overall well-being without worrying about the need for frequent visits/lab work/treatment costs.

Initial Consultation - FREE
Initial Consultation includes a visit to our clinic where our provider will speak to your current issues to see if TRT fits best for you. You will be requested to have blood tests done after your visit. There is $95 fee to cover the costs of blood tests if you decid to proceed. The blood tests covers not just testosterone testing but full panel testing for other hormones. If you decide to proceed with TRT, the initial lab test fee will be credited toward membership.

Home Self-Injection Membership - $195
For patients who prefer the convenience of home self-injections, we offer a home-self injection membership. We will provide you with all necessary treatment dosing, supples and education during your visits and monitor your treatment progress on a regular basis with blood tests and occasional clinic visits. We will always be available for any questions you may have via our membership portal.

Clinic Injection Membership - $250
For patients who prefer to come into the clinic, we will provide injections on a regular scheduled basis. We will provide the injections and continue to closely monitor your treatment progress with blood tests. As you visit the clinic more frequently for TRT injections, we can closely monitor for any change you may need or questions you may have.
